My Network

I was able to build an amazing network while working on this project. I met so many Baltimoreans, some of whom I plan to stay in touch with. I also connected with the employees at Red Emma’s, and I hope to collaborate with them next term when we begin new projects. I had the opportunity to share my work with other MPH students who are interested in similar themes. My friend and colleague, Melissa Pasao, even contributed photos I could use since she is a talented photographer. I also shared my project with my concentration advisor, Dr. Fox, who offered valuable ideas about the senior living center near Hopkins. Coincidentally, I met someone from that same center at the Northeast Market (as I mentioned in that blog post), which made Baltimore feel smaller and more connected to me.
