Leadership Journey
While I touched on this briefly in my “About Me” page, this project is very close to my heart. I am deeply passionate about how people connect with one another in public spaces, especially across generations. I often think about the growing sense of isolation in modern life and how it affects every aspect of humanity, from mental health to civic engagement. In an age where digital interactions dominate, I believe that shared, physical spaces where people can meet, talk, and belong are more important than ever.
Cities like Baltimore are often misunderstood by outsiders who focus on its challenges. Yet when you live here, you begin to see the depth of its character. Beneath the headlines is a city full of creativity, warmth, and resilience. The markets, parks, and neighborhoods reflect a spirit of community that persists despite adversity. That resilience is what inspires me. My leadership journey is rooted in understanding where that strength comes from and how connection, between people, generations, and communities, can become the foundation for healing and growth.
